That’s right friends! You’ve been asking for this for *litterally* years, and it’s finally here!!! Bastet Dance Fitness is now offering Pole Choreography and Pole Tricks & Techniques classes!
Pole Choreography start on Aug. 6th and will be weekly on Sundays and Fridays. This class only has a max of 4 students, so sign up quick!
Pole Tricks & Techniques is on the sched weekly on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays. This class now has a max of 8 students!
All Pole Classes are mixed level classes and are open to first time polers as well as more seasoned dancers! All fitness and experience levels welcome! All genders welcome!
Our Pole Choreo Classes focus on the dancing, spinning and flow aspects of pole. Learn how to walk, float, slink, spin and fly in our all levels / beginner friendly classes! All classes will start with a full body warm up designed to prepare students for the specific physical movement we will be doing in class. Before moving into the choreography portion of class we will break down and practice the spins and techniques used in the dance. All Pole Choreo Classes in a week will teach the same dance and the dance will change every two weeks.
In Pole Tricks & Techniques we will learn skills and techniques used to move around and on the pole. All classes will start with a full body warm up designed to prepare students for the specific physical movement we will be doing in class. In this all levels pole class students will work at their own individual level on grounded and aerial moves like walking, climbing, inverting, leg hangs, upright tricks, inverted tricks and more!
