Halloween Zumba Dance Party and Costume Contest at Bastet Dance Fitness!

Join us for a spooky and sweaty Halloween Zumba Dance Party and FREE Costume Contest (attending zumba not required to enter costume contest)! Preceeding the festivities we are hosting a special Sonoma County Strong Piyo class. Please pre-register for classes and contest HERE. First class is FREE for new students!

9am – Sonoma County Strong Piyo

If Sonoma County is one thing, it is STRONG. This Piyo class will be dedicated to releasing some of the recent stress and anxiety that these tragic events have left us with. During this class please feel free to bring in any donations which will be given to those assisting in fire relief. Donations may include; clothes, food, water, emergency supplies, pet supplies, etc. So bring donations, bring your stress, your fears, anything on your mind and lets work through it together in a sweaty Piyo session and show just how strong Sonoma County is.

All fitness and experience levels welcome!
Class will be done barefoot on yoga mats. Bring a water bottle.

10am – Halloween Zumba Dance Party

Join Kelsey and Stephanie for some spooky, silly, Halloween Zumba fun! This 1 hour class will have everything you love about Zumba; a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, with an added monster dose of Halloween fun! Come dressed in (workout appropriate) costume if you dare!

All fitness and experience levels welcome!
We recommend that students wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.

11am – Halloween Party and Costume Contest

Kids are welcome!

Cost:

Halloween Zumba and Sonoma County Strong Piyo – $20 drop in or 1 class credit / memberships valid
Costume Contest – Free!
