Introducing Groovio – Our NEW Booking System

We are SO excited to announce that we are working with a new booking and scheduling system…. GROOVIO!

If you are NOT a current student of Bastet, you can start right away with Groovio! Scroll down for instructions and links.

If you ARE a current member of Bastet and have NO credits in your Mindbody account or are not on a membership, you can also start right away with Groovio. Scroll down for instructions and links.

If you ARE a current member of Bastet and ARE on a membership and/or have credits of any kind, you have some options. If you can use up your credits/memberships in Mindbody before APRIL 30th, we encourage you to do that. If your membership expires after APRIL 30th or you will have unused credits after APRIL 30th, email Stephanie@bastetdancefitness.com and she will update your Groovio account to reflect credits owed.

This new booking system is AMAZING. You can use either the Groovio App or the Groovio Student Website to register for your classes, make purchases and everything else you’ll need to do, in just THREE easy steps!

Registering for Classes at Bastet with Groovio!

Step One

To register for classes at Bastet you’ll need to use one of the following platforms, either the Groovio Student Website or the Groovio Student App.

Step Two

Connect to Bastet on Groovio, from either the Student App or the Student Webpage.
1. Search for Bastet Dance Fitness
2. Click “Connect to Studio”
3. Done!

Step Three

Book/Sign up for a Class, from either the Student App or the Student Webpage.
1. Click “Book Now”
2. This will take you to the Home Page of our Schedule!

• You will see a monthly calendar; days withs dots have classes available to be booked into, days that are yellow means one or more courses(rehearsals) START that day.
• You will also see a list of classes. This is a general list of “classes that are available to book into” and starts with the beginning of the week, not the current day.  The way this list works is not the easiest way to find specific classes.

There are 2 simple ways to find and book your classes. And both ways work the same in the app as they do on the webpage. Finally, we have a booking system that is consistent across all platforms!!!

Booking a Class – Calendar/Date

1. From the Home Page of our Schedule, Select the date for the class from the Calendar
2. Click on the relevant class
3. Click to Book Now
4. Click Accept on any Important Information
5. Ignore “Booked For” this is for studios who have children’s classes.
6. Tick Box Pay in Full if wanting to not just pay deposit
7. Tick Box Accept Waiver Policy (read the waiver/policy first if you haven’t yet!)
8. Click Pay Now
9. Enter Payment Details
   1. If you have a Membership, Package Classes and/or $ in your Groovio account wallet, it will come up as an option to select to use as payment.
10. Tick Box Save for future Groovio payments if wanting to use the payment method in the future
11. Click Pay Button

Booking a Class – Search Bar

On our Schedule Home Page, in-between the Calendar and Class List is a Search Bar.

Groovio’s search function works really well! Ex: If you type “chair” it will bring up all of the classes that are available for booking that involve dancing with a chair, including classes like Pole Chair!

1. Scroll to the class you want to register for
2. Click on the relevant class
3. Click to Book Now
4. Follow instructions 4 – 11 above to finish booking the class.
