Valentines Heels Workshop with Noella
What is sexier than wearing heels?…Dancing in heels!! Learn how to strut your stuff express your sexiness through movement and dance. This all levels workshop gives a great workout combining sensual dance with balance and strength work. We encourage wearing heels but this workshop can be taken in bare feet or socks.
All fitness and experience levels welcome!
Wear moderate to low height heels and something that makes you feel sexy (regular workout clothes are fine too!) that you can move comfortably in. Don’t forget a water bottle!
Optional: Knee pads or leg warmers (some dances could include a little floorwork)
