Show yourself some love and sign up for our Chair Heels workshop! Learn how to strut in heels and express your sexiness through movement and dance using the chair as an apparatus. This all levels dance class is perfect for anyone! This class gives a great workout combining sensual dance with balance and strength work. We encourage wearing heels but this class can be taken in bare feet or socks.

 All fitness and experience levels welcome!
Wear something that makes you feel sexy (regular workout clothes are fine too!) that you can move comfortably in.

Heels are optional.
