8 Week Series with Lori Tawasha
Fridays 8pm – 9pm (10/26-12/14)
Students will be lead through a full warm-up, preparing their bodies to safely begin learning alignment, isolations, timing, and basic steps. Each class includes technique breakdown, drills, and cool-down to stretch and restore the body. Yoga mat and water bottle recommended. The material presented in class is applicable to the beginner as well as the experienced dancer. Students will work at their personal levels.
All fitness and experience levels welcome!
Cost: Priced like regular classes($15-$20 per class or $120 for 8 Class Punch Card). All Punch Cards and Memberships valid.
