Black Light Zumba – March 2019

All your favorite Zumba dances from Stephanie, Kelsey and Noella wrapped up in an hour of black light dance party fun!
Black light responsive clothes and accessories (white is a great option if you don’t know what will glow) are highly encouraged!
About Zumba
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
All fitness and experience levels welcome!
We recommend that students wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.
Cost: Drop-ins $20. All Punch Cards and Memberships valid. First Class Free not valid for specialty classes.
