Get ready to pop, drop, shake and shimmy! This Twerk class will teach you how to isolate your booty in multiple positions using various techniques. Twerking is an amazing workout for your entire lower body as well as your core, abs and lower back! Extra bonus, twerking is also a great cardio workout! Class will begin with a warm up, you’ll then learn and practice a selection of moves, breaking down the technique so you can really dive into the details. We recommend students wear workout attire, athletic shoes/sneakers and bring a water bottle. Knee pads are highly recommended.
