ALL CLASSES are available livestream, MOST CLASSES available in studio!
Livestream classes are available 7 days a week! Your Zoom Classroom Link will be sent in your Class Registration email.
We are now open for in studio classes!! All COVID safety guidelines will be implemented. Not all classes will be available in studio, however all classes will remain available over zoom. Due to the unknown nature of COVID-19 the option for in studio classes could be canceled at any time. If you are unsure if a class is available in studio please contact us to confirm.
Zoom Classroom Links are sent in your Class Reservation Email. You can join with the direct Link or with the Meeting ID and Password. Links for classes remain the same week to week. You will need to have the Zoom app installed on either your phone, laptop, tablet, etc. (the free version is all you need!).
Our classes run back to back so if you arrive early please mute yourself so as to not distract the previous class. Alternately, if there is a class prior to yours but in a different zoom room your class won’t start until the previous class ends.
