Our Group Fitness Classes have it all! We strive to create a safe, fun, accepting environment where everyone feels welcome! From the fitness newbie to someone looking to mix up their workout, our passionate instructors are here to help you achieve your fitness goals.


Fit For Life Classes

Interested in improving your stamina and fitness level? This flexible class designed to work with everyone from the beginner just getting started to the advanced athlete looking for a new challenge could be for you! Designed with long term health in mind, Fit For Life utilizes fitness and physical progress monitoring to help everyone hit their realistic and challenging lifestyle goals. Check-ins will be held on the 1st Tuesday of every month, but drop-ins are welcome at any time! Through social support and our positively focused class atmosphere, the real achievable results monitored through our monthly check-ins, and that extra push our instructors bring to your fitness regimen you will feel better and more active than ever before!

All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group fitness classes!
We recommend that students wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle and towel.


Flexibility Development Classes
In Flexibility Development our certified instructors will help you properly prepare your body by progressing through steps to encourage self-awareness, breathing, proper muscular engagement and body alignment before moving into sustained stretches intended to make noticeable changes in your range of motion.

Our Flexibility Development classes are appropriate for all experience levels! Variations of each exercise are always available to accommodate different levels of experience.

All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group flexibility classes!
We recommend that students wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. 
Bastet will provide a mat, blocks and band, but feel free to bring your own equipment!


Piyo Classes
You’ll use your bodyweight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves, to burn fat as you redefine every single muscle. No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results.You can get sleek, long arms; sexy, flat abs; a tight, lifted butt; and the confidence that comes from knowing you’re at your best!

All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group fitness classes!
This class is done barefoot on yoga mats. Yoga attire is preferred in this class. We recommend that students bring water and a towel.  


Self Defense Classes
Self Defense class is for everyone that wants to increase their endurance, strength, and collect skills and techniques to better help with self preservation. The goal of this class is to develop awareness, sharpening reflexes/ reaction times, safety strategies, and physical techniques to better help someone to successfully escape, resist and survive violent attacks.

All fitness and experience levels are welcome in these group fitness classes!
We recommend students wear workout attire and bring a water bottle.


STRONG by Zumba Classes

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba ® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In this one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. In STRONG by Zumba ®, you push yourself beyond your plateaus to achieve overall body transformation.

All fitness and experience levels are welcome! 
We recommend that students wear form fitting workout attire. Athletic shoes are REQUIRED. Bring a towel and water.


Turbo Kick Classes
Turbo Kick® mixes high-energy cardio kickboxing with current music that makes you want to move! Easy-to-follow movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to maximize weight loss, improve coordination and memorization, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Punch, kick, and jab your way to a leaner body and a tighter core!

All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group fitness classes!

Weight Loss & Wellness

This Weight Loss and Wellness class is for anyone at any level of fitness with the goal of weight loss and toning. This class incorporates evidence based practice regarding behavior change and modifications needed to achieve fitness goals. Designed to help individuals develop smart weight loss behavior changes and strategies that are specific to their personal needs. Working with certified instructors trained in realistic weight loss strategies and maintenance programs you will learn the skills needed to not only shed the pounds, but to keep them off! The first half of class will consist of an interactive portion to discuss and develop realistic and positive weight loss strategies and the second half is focused on working up a great sweat! You will workout and work through physical and mental challenges regarding weight loss in a supportive social environment, you aren’t alone in this journey! You get out what you put into this class, so if you are ready to actively work toward your fitness and weight loss goals this is the class for you!

Zumba Fitness Classes
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
