Our dance fitness classes will keep you coming back for more! We offer quality professional instruction in a fun, inclusive, positive environment. Our beginning dance classes make dancing approachable and comprehensive for those who have never danced before.


Beginning Bellydance Classes
This slower paced class is excellent for those who are new to the art of bellydancing, as well as for those students who want to review Middle Eastern Dance techniques like body rolls, shimmies and hip undulations. Come explore the fundamentals of belly dancing in a fun encouraging environment! The first half of class will consist of a warm up, in-depth movement and technique breakdown, instruction on isolations, traveling steps, body awareness and simple layering. In the second half of class you will learn a fun choreographed dance routine utilizing movements and techniques learned in class.  Each routine is taught over a four week period but drop-in’s are welcome at any time!

All fitness and experience levels are welcome in our dance fitness classes!
We recommend students wear workout attire and bring a water bottle. 


Intermediate Bellydance Classes
This intermediate level class is excellent for those who want to take their bellydancing to the next level! Building on movements and techniques learned in the beginning class we will learn more complicated techniques and layerings. Build your strength, stamina and confidence with engaging combos and drills.  Class will consist of a warmup, technique breakdown and drills, a dance routine or combos and a cool down.  Drop-in’s are welcome at any time!

While all levels are welcome, this is not a beginning class. Beginning Bellydance is recommended for those new to bellydance. 
We recommend students wear workout attire and bring a water bottle.


Chair Dance Classes
This dance and cardio class is an exhilarating way to burn calories, tone your core and lower body and learn a variety of fun and sexy dance moves. A new routine is taught every week which makes this class perfect for drop-ins. This class starts with a warm up including basic dance technique breakdown and drills then jumps right into a fun routine designed to get your body moving and your heart pumping. Boost your confidence in this fast paced, high energy hour of chair dancing perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike!

All fitness and experience levels welcome in our dance fitness classes!
We recommend that students wear workout clothes, and bring a water bottle. Dancing will be done barefoot.


Flexibility Development Classes
In Flexibility Development our certified instructors will help you properly prepare your body by progressing through steps to encourage self-awareness, breathing, proper muscular engagement and body alignment before moving into sustained stretches intended to make noticeable changes in your range of motion.

Our Flexibility Development classes are appropriate for all experience levels! Variations of each exercise are always available to accommodate different levels of experience.

All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group flexibility classes!
We recommend that students wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. 
Bastet will provide a mat, blocks and band, but feel free to bring your own equipment!


Liquid Motion Classes
The Liquid Motion ® Class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide the student with a total mind and body movement experience. In this class, students will learn the Liquid Motion ® Fundamentals to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. The class includes body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor flows, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. Or as we refer to it, Liquid Motion ®!

All fitness and experience levels are welcome!
We recommend students bring knee pads, socks or leg warmers, long pants/leggings and a long sleeve shirt for a better movement experience. Don’t forget a water bottle!


Zumba Classes
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

All fitness and experience levels welcome in our dance fitness classes! 
We recommend that students wear comfortable and breathable workout attire. Athletic shoes are HIGHLY recommended. Bring a towel and water.
