Our Zumba classes are perfect for everybody and every body! These dance fitness classes are fun, energetic and make you feel amazing!
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
All fitness and experience levels welcome in our zumba classes!
We recommend that students wear comfortable and breathable workout attire. Athletic shoes are HIGHLY recommended. Bring a towel and water.
