Beginning Lap Dance Workshop

February 3rd at 3pm

In this Lap Dance workshop you will learn a sexy chair routine to take home to your partner or just for fun! Learn how to express your sexiness through movement and dance. This all levels class is perfect for those who have never danced before, who are new to fitness or for those who want to learn something sultry, sexy and slow.  Just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Wear something that makes you feel sexy that you can move comfortably in. Dancing will be done barefoot. Don’t forget a water bottle!

Intermediate Lap Dance Workshop

February 4th at 4pm

In this Lap Dance workshop you will learn a sexy chair routine to take home to your partner or just for fun! Learn how to express your sexiness through movement and dance. This Intermediate level class is open to anyone but will move faster and have incorporate more advanced moves than the beginning level workshop.  Just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Wear something that makes you feel sexy that you can move comfortably in. Dancing will be done barefoot. Don’t forget a water bottle!

Heels and Striptease Workshop

February 11th at 1pm

In this Heels and Striptease workshop you will learn a sultry routine to take home to your partner or just for fun! Learn how to strut in heels and express your sexiness through movement and dance. This all levels class is perfect for anyone!  Just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Wear something that makes you feel sexy that you can move comfortably in and bring a few layers that can be removed easily while dancing (no nudity). Bring short / moderate height heels (dancing can also be done barefoot). Don’t forget a water bottle!

Fit Friends Doubles Workout

February 18th at 2pm

Grab your fit friends and head over to Bastet for an hour of fun partner workouts! This fitness class will incorporate body weight exercises, weights and cardio all centered around working with a partner. No partner? No problem!

We recommend that students wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle and towel.
