to popular demand we are adding 4 more classes to the schedule in the month of June and moving some class times around to better suit our students schedules!
Buti Yoga will be offered Tuedays at 8:30pm beginning June 12th and Saturdays at 9am beginning June 9th
About Buti Yoga:
Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.
This practice is a Dance-yoga hybrid class which allows you to stretch AND shake your hips. Buti Yoga mixes tribal dance with yoga to… leave you breathless, loose-limbed and feeling pretty darn sexy.
All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group fitness classes!
We recommend that students wear workout clothes, and bring a water bottle.
Pilates Mat with Carrie will be offered Wednesdays at 5:30pm beginning June 6th.
About Pilates Mat:
Liquid Motion with Stephanie will now be offered before Zumba on Wednesdays at 10am beginning the first Wednesday in June!
We will be adding another morning Zumba class for all our morning cardio friends! Beginning on the first Thursday of June we will be offering Zumba with instructor Kelsey at 11am.
Piyo with Heather will now be offered at 6:30pm on Thursdays beginning the first Thursday in June.
Thursday Beginning Bellydance with Stephanie is changing times to 8:30pm.
