Heels Classes at Bastet Dance Fitness

In our Heels classes you will be led through a warm up, technique and strength drills to prepare the body to move safely in heels, then you will learn a sultry, sassy dance routine. Learn how to strut in heels and express your sexiness through movement and dance. This all levels class is perfect for anyone! This class gives a great workout combining sensual dance with balance and strength work. We encourage wearing heels but this class can be taken in bare feet or socks.

All fitness and experience levels welcome!
Wear moderate to low height heels and something that makes you feel sexy (regular workout clothes are fine too!). Don’t forget a water bottle!
Optional: Knee pads or leg warmers (some dances will include a little floorwork)
