All fitness and experience levels are welcome. This slower paced class is excellent for those who are new to the art of bellydancing and for those who want to learn a fun choreographed dance routine utilizing bellydance movements and techniques.
Bellydance – Choreo and Specialty
The material in this class will rotate every 1-2 months, or as determined by the needs of the class. Class topics may include, but are not limited to Western Dance Concepts for Belly Dancers, Props and Balancing, Finger Cymbals, Choreography. Performance opportunities could possibly arise for interested students. Concurrent attendance to Lori’s Belly Dance Technique is recommended, but not required.
This all levels class is excellent for those who want to take their bellydancing to the next level! Each class includes technique breakdown, drills, and cool-down. The material presented in class is applicable to the beginner as well as the experienced dancer. Build your strength, stamina and confidence with engaging isolations and drills.
Each month we will focus specifically on one movement where we drill, problem solve and work towards mastering a specific iteration. All fitness and experience levels are welcome but this is not a beginning bellydance class.
Students will learn multiple finger cymbal patterns and practice playing them with belly dance movements. All fitness and experience levels are welcome but this is not an intro to bellydance class.
This dance and cardio class is an exhilarating way to burn calories, tone your core and lower body and learn a variety of fun and sexy dance moves. A new routine is taught every week which makes this class perfect for drop-ins. All fitness and experience levels welcome!
Our Flex & Recovery classes are appropriate for all experience levels! Focusing on active flexibility drills and safe stretching techniques our Flexibility Classes are great for: Increasing ROM in joints, Increasing flexibility, Improving posture, Decreasing risk of injury and improving recovery from working out, Stress relief and relief of tense, tight muscles, and more!
Learn how to strut in heels and express your sexiness through movement and dance. This all levels class is perfect for anyone! This class gives a great workout combining sensual dance with balance and strength work. We encourage wearing heels but this class can be taken in bare feet or socks.
Get ready for a fun, sassy dance class and a great work out! This class is good for beginners and open to all levels.
The Liquid Motion ® Class is an open level floorwork class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide the student with a total mind and body movement experience.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba ® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Get ready to pop, drop, shake and shimmy! This Twerk class will teach you how to isolate your booty in multiple positions using various techniques. All fitness and experience levels are welcome!
Yoga – Gentle
A gentle exploration of the asanas, with space given to ask questions. Great for beginners or those wishing to deepen their foundations.
Yoga – Restorative
Restorative yoga utilizes supported stillness and deep relaxation to restore the body and center the mind. This class features guided breath awareness, gentle movement, and passive stretching supported by props.
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group fitness classes!
