Buti is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training, deep abdominal toning and flexibility in one seamless format.
This practice is a Dance-yoga hybrid class which allows you to stretch AND shake your hips. Music guides our classes like an internal GPS. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY.
Class will be done barefoot on yoga mats.
All fitness and experience levels welcome in these group fitness classes!
We recommend that students wear workout clothes, and bring a water bottle.
